Going from zero
to one.
Go-to-market leader specializing in zero to one. I build teams and functions from scratch, prioritize the work against the KPIs that move the business, and scale operations efficiently.
I like the part before the map exists.
My best work happens at the very start, when there's an idea, a few people, and no playbook yet. I'm drawn to the problems nobody owns, and to building the team and the process that solves them.
Today I lead go-to-market and customer experience at DubClub, where I joined as a founding team member, built the team, and work closely with our founders, engineering, and the creators who use what we build.
What gets me going
Solving the real problem
I start by getting close to the people who have the problem. The right fix is usually simpler than the first idea, and far more useful.
Building teams
Great outcomes come from small groups who trust each other and know why the work matters. I put real effort into both.
Zero to one
Turning a rough idea into something real, then into something repeatable, is the most exciting place to work.
